Using the Color Purple in Feng Shui

While there are many colors in the rainbow you can use in the practice of Feng Shui, one of the most versatile colors is purple. Traditionally the color purple is known for royalty. Not only can this be used in matters of money, wisdom, and recognition, but you can also use this color to help your child’s creativity, your career, your luck, and your love life. Simply by adding this color to your life, you can begin to change the energy you already experience and enhance it.

Power Up Your Child’s Creativity

Your creativity juices can begin to flow once more when you add purple to your decor scheme. Begin by adding this color to your children’s bedroom to help boost their energy and their creative impulses. They will begin to feel all the more encouraged to try their hand at creative endeavors. You might even want to give them purple paint and have them decorate their own room to help encourage this Feng Shui energy further. Begin with painting just one wall, go with a deep rich purple. Purple can also be a part of your outfit when you want to attract these particular energies into your life. Just don’t over due it. In fact, with all of the positive things that purple can attract, it seems like a good idea to surround yourself with this color as often as possible – Feng Shui cures or not.
